Super easy problem, but I just needed someone to possilby tell me how to set up an inline fan's electric. There are three wires. I believe they are white, black, and green. I know there is a way to hook this up to a regular outlet, but how? Can I buy a cable from home depot with an outlet plug on the end and hook them up to those wires? I have no idea.

I'm pretty sure all ya need is one of those three pronged power cords. Cut the wires and match them up. ;)

Excellent, I thought it was something Über simple like that. Thanks.

yep, that third wire (green) is the grounding wire. Everything else is straight forward how you would normally wire lights up.

Any idea how big my carbon filter could be with a 250 CFM inline fan and a 3' long in 6"tubing?

Hey DL...if you go to Home Depot or Lowes, you can buy a 3 prong plug and connect it to the cord on your blower and plug it in and you are good to go. Very easy to hook up. Let me know if you need any help.

This is the way to go as you wont have to splice anything.
