i found tics and ants on my plants

I found a big tic and those small little skunk ants I think there called they stink when you tounch them well there eating my leafs not much just a few but enough to notice any ideas as how to get rid of the little stinkers and the tics and what damage do they cause when in flower, they are still vegging right now.

For bugs I have been using insecticidal oil from worry free. I am indoor and it knocked out the knats.
