how often c02

HI! I am new to this using Areponics system have a closet with exhaust fans and ac pump in. How often should the c02 be injected, Right now have seedlings just move to big tote and have c02 ever 5 minutes going in to 1500 ppm? Also to keep water temp in tote to 68 to 74 what do you recommend. Temp is about 77 right now been adding frozen distilled water to cool down. Thanks for all the help

If you get a regulator, all you have to do is set what level you want the CO2 at and it will keep the CO2 levels pretty consistently at that level. They are pretty expensive though.
