How Long for Seedlings Under Floros?

I have a couple of seeds germing that are about ready to go into the dirt. I have 4x 40w 3400L "coolwhite" floro tubes and was wondering how long I could put seedlings under them, before they want an HPS or window sunlight. I was hoping I could get away with it for 2 weeks. I'm wanting to place 4-6 under them.

They're going to be for outdoors, but thats another month away...

Thoughts?

I think you will be fine for 2 weeks, keep your lights as close as possible to prevent stretch.
