It depends greatly on the "maturity" of your plant when put into 12/12.
A sexually mature plant, will "usually" show itself within two weeks of onset of12 hour dark periods. A plant not yet sexually mature, may take a month.. or more of 12's.

I'm beginning to want to grow INSIDE to control all variants (light, heat, etc.) but too hard to do with people in the house who I need to keep this away from...Thanks, I'll estiamte a month

Depends on your conditions and plant's maturity. Growing 12/12 from seed, you are likely to see sex anywhere from 3-6 weeks, growing 18/6 til the plant is sexually mature and then starting 12/12 you should be able to see sex within 1-2 weeks.
