I want to wip up a batch of this stuff and feed it to the neibors catz. maybe then i can put an end to there cycle of propogation and crapping in my yard.

As the famous Bob Barker used to say, "Help control the pet population. Have your pet spayed or neutered".

If this will prevent bird bombs on my car and potentially on my head then I am all for it.
