Hey guys, new to the board.

I just started growing and thought I'd be better off to join a community of people who can offer advice from experience. Heres what I got so far, you'll notice I'm growing other stuff too but since the grass is for personal use only I should I have plenty.

I wish I could say they were some kick *** strain but the seeds just came from a bag of commercial grass. I have a 400 watt hps in a 2*4 hydro hut. I wish I woulda went bigger with my light now but overall I'm satisfied with it. The plants are about about a month and a half old I guess and around 6 inches tall. As you can see I only have three, the other didn't germinate. I don't know if I even have a female yet.

I was having a bad problem with the really bushy center plant. It has been favorite from the beginning. The leaves were all cupping up around the ridges on the leaves. No discoloration just that cupping with younger leaves being twisted more than cupped. Anyway I just put the lights back to 12 hours in order to sex them. Once I did that within two days the cupping was gone. I assume I was drying the leaves out. I keep my light around 3 inches of the tops and haven't had any apparent burning. The hood is air cooled with a 6inch can fan.

I have lots of questions just need to find out how to ask them

..how about a fan blowing on them 24/7?

Forgot to mention that I have four fans that keep the air stirred very good (two inside the tent and ofcourse my in and out fans). If I have any issues with ventilation it is because I don't pull any air from directly outside. What do you think? Is outdoor air absolutley nessesary? I can rig C02 pretty easy but with the ventilation I have now, as far as air going in and out of the tent I feel as if I would be pissing in the wind.
