Hello from Southeast Alaska! thought I'd say hello and post a few pics and a few questions I have. I personally have never grown my own plants but have been caretaking some for a friend. They've been under 12 on/12 off light for a month now. How much longer should they go? I read a thread last night about the big fan leaves turning yellow and that is completely natural and should be left alone until they fall off the plant. Is this so? Makes sense. Also, the owner of these plants decided to grow in styrofoam coolers. Seemed odd to me. Plants seem to be healthy but could there be some toxicity? So anyways any advice would be helpful.
