The first sentence reads:

The multi spectrum reflector allows the placement of three parallel CFL BULBS.

Just from that i would say no. ;)

What type of outlet do HID units need? regular wall outlets?
if not, what is the best light for a wall outlet?

Alright, Well could u tell me what type of outlet a MH and HPS needs? just a wall outlet? or something like a washer and dryer use?

You can't run HPS or MH bulbs in the light you linked. From what i've read that light is only good for CFLs. ;)

Alright but do HID unit run off the wall outlets like the cfl light?

Really? Omg lol i was freaking out thinking i could use Cfl's. Not that that is bad but u kno wat i mean. thanks.

ALL HID lights require a ballast. The HID light plugs into the ballast (not the wall outlet). The ballast plugs into a regular wall outlet (most of the time, some are wired for 240V). Does that answer your question?

thanks hemp goddess. so the 240v will more likely require a washer dryer plug in?

Yes, but actually a dryer plug in--washers run on 120. Most ballasts can be wired for either 120 or 240 (and other higher voltages that we don't have in houses).
