Help with plant

I got given a plant a few days ago it not that big but the leaves look like they are starting to brown a little and looks like they are starting to die what should i do???

Instead of posting multiple identical threads, you should try a Grow Journal. Since you're new to growing, the experienced members here could walk you through your grow and you would learn a lot. Good luck!

Man that is cool that you got a gift, but fair warning, You probably have little idea what it's short history might bring with it. Was it placed outside ?
Could it be carrying anything that could plunder your grow box. ? Are you even using a growbox ? Side with caution dude.
Same thing with the soil.

Hey bro hopfully its in a good size pot 2gal should work use a good soil to fill it in with lots of perlite to make the soil airy. Place under a good light the smallest light I would use is a 42w cfl its equal to a 150w normal bulb use 2 or 3. place the lights on a timer and run for 18hrs on 6hrs off which is a 24hr day you can find the light and timer at lowes or home depot timer too. Water every 2 days and lift up the pot to feel the weight even stick your finger in the soil up to your knuckel if its DRY you need to water if moist you dont. Water until it drains out the bottom. I would buy a few grow books you can find them online or at a book store in the garden section. best of luck to you.
