Hi, I'm starting a grow in soil and would like to know what lights would be best metal halides or hp sodium the room i'm useing is 11x10 and I'll need to no how many lights, I was going to use 1 1000w or is more needed ? I also want to start a mom room with enough room for 2 moms help with this is needed as well such as how much space is needed and how much light and what kind of light I was thinking a 400w but let me no thanks again
