hello to everyone. new to the site and i've never attempted indoors before. very excited! have super skunk seeds. just purchased 400 watt HPS ballast and bulb for flowering. metal halide conversion bulb for veg. happy frog soil and the full fox farm feeding and fertilizing supplements. not too limited on space, given this information how tall should i go before switching to 12 and 12. i am patient but not sure how deep of light penetration i will get with these bulbs. germinating 5 seeds to start, don't know how many will be female. any responses or advice would be hugely appreciated. for now back to reading previous posts! thank you to all.

usually, the seed distributors give their yields on a plant switched at about 10 - 12" ... I'd flip mine at about 18" or more... like about 3 or 4'... but that's just me http://www.marijuanapassion.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=81960&d=1223152984
