Okay, now that that's over...

There are these people that live down the street from me, and I'm pretty curious on if they toke or not. The main reason I have this curiosity about them is because i found blunt wrapper on their sidewalk, from their trash. I haven't seen them smoking anything. What would be the best way to ask if they smoked and if they would want to smoke with me?

Welcome to MP...I wld not go poking around in other peoples business...they are more likely to to think you are LEO then just a curious fellow smoker...I don't ever ask others if they smoke or not..if it comes up in conversation and they tell me they do then that's one thing, but to just come out and ask that is a bit odd.

Yes cfl grows are possible...you might want to start your own thread though...most people don't like to be thread jacked like this...

I would try to get to know the nieghbors first before asking to many personal questions. See if you can time it so when you take out the trash you bump into them, start a conversation and after a few meetings bring it up in a conversation. I'm always suprised at how many closet smokers there are.

As far as cfls. I have used them in the past, but in my oppinion you have to have to many of them to get enough lumens for your plants to do as good as they would under a 400w HPS. Check out the lighting portion of this site.
