GHS Strikes again

During the downtime with the forums, I had a slight inconvenience...or maybe you'd call it a SICKENING DISASTER?? GreenHouseSeeds...not buying anything from them, won't be planting any more either.

After all the weeks in veg with no showing of ***, my very nice looking 3'x3' AMS was placed in budding where I watched CLOSELY since I had heard some bad stuff about the breeder, sure enough, a week later and she isn't even nearly a she, she has BALLS! Flat out male in drag, GHS sent me a male instead of the guaranteed female.

THANKS to those in here shouting out about GHS, I was very attentive to the *** issue and reacted very fast, not thinking any fear pollen reached my beautiful Kandy Kush, Northern Lights or Pineapple Express!

Shame on GHS, you've lost another customer.

Oh, I know this! However, in my short time of being here, the highest gripe rate was toward GHS, which put me at defcon 4 when watching this one!

I believe it was in it's 7th week of vegging could have been 8th! Plant was a good 24" minimum (can't remember if this one was grown closer to 30" or not) when placed in budding, it did show staggered nodes.

When they put it in writing, it's guaranteed! I realize there's no certainty, but hearing similar horror stories combined with having only that single seed come up out of the 5 seed disc...

I'd call that bad luck as well, but having a perfect 100% of the last 8 come up....none of which were GHS lol

Pot seeds are sold as souveniers and are illegal to sprout by fed law. You nullify any contract of guarantee when you germinate the seed and violate your side of the agreement. It's a sweet little catch 22.

6-8 weeks to show *** is normal...I have had hazes and strong sativas take even longer.. bummer it wasnt female but the time frame for *** was right.

I bought a 5pac of Papaya from Nirvana where only 2 germed and turned out to be male. They were supposed to be femmenized seeds so contacted them and was sent a new shipment. Still, it's a bummer wasting all that time and expense.

I don't know anyone who guarantees that fem seeds are going to be female...
