good morning fine people,,,a ? ,,,,I live in florida and just found out we have weed cards here for medical cannabis ,,,getting a script from my doc should not be a problem,,,will the card allow me to grow a certain # of plants ,,if I wanted to buy cannabis with my card were do I go to get it and how much should it cost ,,,,,are there any web sites I could go to and find this info ,,thanks in advance ,,,,

I am not sure if I would say that Florida has MMJ in the truest sense of the word. One company has been authorized to grow a low THC, high CBD strain to make oil from. This CBD oil is the only thing available. However, in Nov, a real MMJ bill will be on the ballot. Please, please, everyone vote this Nov. Make sure now that you are registered.
Even more reason to be careful. They will hang your butt for growing.
I have 2 dispensaries near my home...unless you have severe debilitating seizures or you have ALS..... then....you can get high CBD oil (AC/DC or Charlotte's Web [same strain, just different names]).....November is when you want to vote yes on prop 2, it opens it up a lot and includes my Dx of PTSD. Right now there are less than 1000 cards issued state wide and you have to get a Rx from 2 docs and they have to had taken the prescribers course from ACHC. Wait till November, we got a good shot at getting this passed and real mmj legislation to take the place of the crap that was passed in 2014. I hate the fact that they are literally in my backyard and I cant even enter the place to have a look see. As a funny side note there are a ton of towns and counties now, 28 of the 67 that just issue a civil fine of $100.00 for an oz or less. They are making a killing and confiscating weed like a mofo....but nobody's going to jail anymore...hell even that lady down south got off, the jury basically told the state you cannot legislate medicine and found her not guilty...she was looking at 30 years for 18 plants....... I know the lawyer.... he is worth the money he charges. Peace
