No, halogen lights don't have enough plant usable lumens versus the heat produced to make using the light for plant growth to be feasable.

If you get the light close enough to do any good with the few lumens it has, then you'll bake your plants into little brown crispy things.

not on it's own by a longshot... and... there r no benefitial effects by adding it your your setup... except adding heat and raising your electric bill.

un economical... too much heat and $... for the grow...

go flour or 400watt hid.

i use 250 hid for now
