females with pollen sacks?

I had almost 50 very nice looking lady's and about 3 or so males that were KILLED about a month ago. When the flowering started they ALL developed pollen sacks and all have male buds now and i cant seem to find an explination anywhere. This is my first outdoor grow and even before i started growing i had been in plenty of grow rooms and had friends that i had helped in harvest and through the grow so I know the difference between male and female. I havent really talked to anyone about it personally cuz im kinda hot right now but if anyone could help that would be great.
i plan on harvesting and smoking the produce but i just had to ask.

They are known as hermaphrodites or hermies (for short). This is generally caused by stress or genetics or both. Seeds that are produced by a hermie plant have a greater chance of producing hermie offspring. This is most likely what has happened with your grow since they are all displaying hermie traits. So...Where did you get your seeds? The seeds from these plants should be destroyed.

Herms and germs make me sick stick with em' and you can make tones of hash and have alot of seeded stuff.
