Organic nutes take a while to break down in the soil, at least that's been my experience- so I don't think flushing would help-
you may have to change the soil.

Your plants are in pots way too small for them.

You need to get them into 5lt (1 gal) pots,

You have already fed them early, this is going to burn them (a term for over force feeding that makes the leaf edge brown and die)

Your PH is out, as 2Dog says, it needs to be 6.5

PH is more important than you think.
