Do you break both power leads(w/relay) when using 220vac to power on/off your ballast ?
I read in Galaxy digital ballast instructions that I just bought that you need to break both power/hot wires to the ballast, not just one, or damage may occur...

What all are you doing?(are u breaking both legs)
Do you think this should apply to all digi ballasts on 220?
I do have 2 Lumatek dual voltage digital ballasts running on 220vac for 2 years now, and I`m only breaking one side with a motor starter relay and have had no problems...knock on my wood
.
Gotta say 220 is the way to go, they run sooo much cooler.
