Darkroom DR150w question

Ive been looking at grow tents. SO i can expandmy grow alittle. And ran across the Darkroom brand. My question is this.
There advertisment says "Thermally protected - tent material reflects 97% of all radiant heat for superior insulation "

Does this mean I dont need a product like this. To combat those illegal flir / infrared imageing. Im trying to reduce the risk of getting caught. I may do both, but was Just trying to get some good info.

i use grow tents myself and i do not like them.do not get me wrong,they work great.its just that i have a bad back and constantly bending is not a choice i like.if i was going to do it over,i would not buy the tents.by the way if you are going to use tents,buy the homebox version of tent.its just that i need more space than the grow tents allow.in a roughly 4x4 tent,you can only grow 4 healthy plants to maturity,and have space for the plants.unless you do a scrog,maybe.you will also have to vent these tents good.i have a blower bringing aur in from outside.one blower drawing air thru my carbon filter,then thru the reflector,then out and into the basement.

Why would you want to filter the air going into the tent?

The air goes out thru the filter to remove odor.

I was growing in a 2ft by 2ft by 40in (tall). I have a 400w mh/hps and a 4"vortex cooling it. with the vortex I can keep my temps right at 5-10 degrees above ambient. The dr150w would be doubleing my grow space so heat wont be an issue . and im going to use my current box as a veg/clone/seed area w/ cfls. so that will make the tent just for flowering. I am also planning on only flowering 3 plants max, In 5 gallon buckets. i think Ill have more than enough room for my goals.

As far has brand Ive heard a lot of good things about the darkroom brand, and they are more expensive. Ive always beleived in you get what you pay for, but are you telling me andy that that doesnt apply here? Isnt homebax the brand that was killing plants because of somekind of fumes?

only 4 plants andy??? lol, im in a little bit smaller of a space and ive got 8 going just fine, in fact, im buying one of those 4x4 homebox's, and i plan on putting about 18 plants in there, but im doing a sog setup with clones, so i wont need as much room per plant.
