Cop-student brother wants to move in with me - definitely need advice

he's your brother and if he is in that much of a desperate need for companionship i think he would over look the plants you have

you said he was studying to be a cop and he is not one yet


i dunno bro IMO when family is down and in need of companionship / support there is almost no reason not to be there for them
i dam sure wouldnt let a few plants stand in the way of any of my brothers
you said you think he needs some one to save him
well ... what if he really does need it and not just acting like it


as for reasons not too i cant think of any i can only think of reasons you should let him move in

I agree. It's family and it goes both ways. He's way more important than the plants....but from his side, you need to be more important than the plants. That's just one of those things that you need to stand strong on your reason for growing it. For me, when a family member found out I grew, very religious bible believing.........I explained that, I don't sell it and it's just for my meds to keep me away from narcotics. I'd rather grow it than making that weekly phone call to meet somewhere to buy smoke that may not even be what I need for pain. That person understood and has even encouraged me to a degree. She will never try it, but she's actually glad I chose it over the pills. Just be educated with your approach Make it a personal reason that you are passionate about.

Ok, so you come into a pot grow site and ask us this? Do you really want advice from stoners? He is your brother, you know what to do. We don't know him. Good luck with your decision.

watching netflix in his spare time---only thing i would worry about with this couch surfer is him smoking all ur herb---the stay at your pad may also be a great reality check for him to find another profession---or---at the least he will know all growers are not bad guys/criminals

Assuming your growing illegally,
Either say no to your brother or get rid of your plants.
Your brother is risking his new job by not reporting a crime, and in the very place he lives.
You don't think he will worry about his clothes smelling of pot? Or how about if he wants to have his cop co-workers over? Or girlfriend?

If he's a cop he makes enough money to get his own place, explain to him the truth and let him decide but dont put him in a position after he moves in, that's not fair.
