Have a girl that is indoors at night. My buddy using the same strain has his outdoors and seem to have matured quite faster than mine. Mine has bigger buds and is a larger plant than his but all my hairs on the plant are still mostly white. His on the other hand have turned color to a pinkish red. Could that be from his being outdoors and being exposed to the cold nights? I would like mine to hurry up and finish soon. Should I expose them to a couple cool nights?
Any thoughts?

You could but IMO you are better off letting the plant run it's cycle. Patience will bring you big rewards ;)

..."IMHO" .. his haven't, or aren't "maturing faster". Though the cold nights may well be inhibiting new growth and/or nutrient uptake and utilization.
IMO/IME, there is no way to "speed up" the maturation.
