These 6 girls are in a homebox xl with a 600hps and a 400hps in there.. ffof soil in 5gal bags.. vegd for almost 3months. lst and topping done.. ff trio nutes using feed, water, feed, water schedule.. just flushed with 3 gal for each 5 gal bag today..
Most of these look to be indicas.. i cant believe the amount of amber trichomes at only 44 days.

Double Gum.. DG3.. NO TRICH PICS BECAUSE THIS ONE LOOKS LIKE IT HAS A WHILE TO GO.. Im guessing more sativa dom due to the long lanky look and thin long fan leaves.. check out that dark color though!

Wow! I'm really impressed with those, both the buds, as well as the trichomes. I'm going to use those as a study guide.

Bud pic of the month, in my opinion.

AWESOME post R999! :aok:

It's great how you posted the trich pics along with each individual strain... VERY helpful. It looks like another great harvest is on the way and you must have some pretty quick strains as well... I'd try to get another week or two out of them and they should swell a bit more and get more of a finished look but they'd be some potent weed if you took them sooner too...

NICE!

Thanks guys!

I know for sure DG3 and BH2 need to go much longer, but Cali Hash, BH1, DG1, and DG2 all have a lot of amber trichomes..
If I let them go a week longer, could there by any negative effects? Im sure the buds will swell, but as far as trichome production and the color changing of the trcihome heads.. if they are already this amber, will the bud still be really potent in a week? i mean, the breeders suggestions for blue hash is 50-55 days and the ch is 45-50 days and double gum 45-50 days..
guess ill just check em at 50 days.. thats almost a week away.

thanks guys!!!!!

thank you for posting awesome pics and awesome bud!!

not too much.. i had to put a big *** dp blueberry outside cause it hermied, like the rest of the dp blueberrys..
so i have 6 plants in my hb xl with 1000watts of hps(400+600).. two of the 6 are extremely small, looking almost pure indica.. as u can see with tons of amber trichomes at only 44 days into flowering..
last harvest i got just under 13 zones from my 600, with no training at all.,.bagseed too..

hey dirty-clean out ur pms please :)

Doh! thanx bud... got lots of free space now...

There's always about a two week 'harvest window' with most strains and imho the later it's taken in that window the better. If you start to see more than the rare 'dead' dark brown to black trichome it's at the end of the harvest window of time and you should give it the yank... Sometimes after harvest if I'm wondering what would it be like with another week I'll often do that the next time I grow that strain for comparison.

Peace!

Looks awesome, totally jealous. I like your wall color too!;)

What are the benefits of using bags in lieu of buckets? Your the only one I see doing that.

thanks man. the bags are cheap as all hell. ive used buckets at the same time as bags and didnt tell a difference.. i think a lot of people use bags, but maybe im wrong. either way, they are dark so lights not gonna get through.. and plus all the nurseries use bags for their plants..

What about watering? I assume they do not drain? Do you just have to be more careful not to over water?

Nice job my friend,on both the plants and pictures.
