What are the chances of being caught and prosecuted realistically, if i plant no more than 10 plants within a hectre of each other. (except in cornfields)

how good is technology these days? can they actually spot groups of plants that small with IR? Would they even bother to come down and try to catch someone growing 10 plants or less?

Also, some of this will be planted on my land unfortunately. If they find the plants on my land but don't have any other evidence to connect me to them, can i get in trouble if i just deny everthing?

I live in a pretty rural area in canada, so i'm not all that worried, but it still helps to have this info.

what do you guys look out for the most when guerilla growing? thanks

.."IMHO".. your biggest threat being thieves, riipoffs, uhmm "friends"... with a small 10 plant grow spread over an area.

Hi there russla. I wouldn't be worried if you only have 10 or so plants and you plant them in two or three groups of two or three plants. That won't draw much attention. You're biggest threats would be people hiking or biking or something of that nature. Also, you "friends" as Hick said. Don't tell ANYONE. That's the safest way to assure that your plants will remain a secret only known to you. Just watch who you tell because word of mouth gets around. Your good friend tells his good friends because he trusts him and then that friend tells his good friend and so on...Just keep it quiet and you shouldn't have any problems at all.

Good luck on the outdoor grow and make sure to keep us posted. I'm looking forward to some outdoor pics sometime in the near future. Take care my friend.

Welcome Russla I took hicks advice last year and planted on the edge of the corn field and not in the middle so i didn`t have to clear out the corn to have room for my plants. I saw another grower that grew in a corn field posting picks last year and he cleared out a big square in the corn and made a big hole for the plants too grow. Not only is it easier too see from the air the farmer will know what was there and i don`t see how you could grow there next year. Being not on your land that is. If you look through my posts there is a daylight pick of my plant growing on the side of the corn with weeds all around it and it blends in well like that. Also on the edge you dont have to worrie abourtherbecides burning your plant. Good luck
