We have all had an opportunity to encounter these establishments or individuals at one time or another......both good and bad....what is your story?

Like with any profession, you have good and bad players. Attorneys are no different. Most Court-appointed attorneys are ******** which is why i went to prison the 1st time. But the last Attorney I paid was a badass and saved my *** big time. He was a cool dude and worked with me on my payments. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
Now Car salesmen are a whole different breed of butthole. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ Just messen wit ya Pute.๐Ÿ˜

Ha ha, When I first started in the business in 76 it was the wild wild west. I saw and did some shi-t you wouldn't believe. Today the internet controls the business....now all done on a computer. All the really good closers are gone. The old time car salesman was a sophisticated carney.

Gotta make a trip to the grow store. I am out of Age Old Bloom and I need a bale of ProMix.

I've done tones of appointed work. I tell them the same thing. I've done this for 30 years, if you want to hire someone who was sheiting yellow in their diaper when I started go ahead I have plenty of work. Most appointed cases that got time was their own fault, leave me a defense please.

I've gotten tons of death threats, but by the end of the day, I'm the only one they want. When they hire a young prvt attny, they usually call me to find out what I was doing. Many times they take the deal I negotiated. If I withdraw, prosecutors note, but remove the offer. If they know you are capable of beating them, you get better deals.

I always found the disrespect was associated with the fact they were paying nothing, so they associate no value to it.

I also notice, when I try things, other attorneys come to watch. I wonder why.

Mine had plenty to defend me on. I had never been in trouble in my life. It had to do with a god damn old tractor me and my Buddy borrowed. ๐Ÿ˜ He said right until the day i got sentenced in that fking hick town that i was getting probation. I did not get probation, i got seven yrs. My family was going to have Attorney out of Dallas handle it and he told them not to worry about it because i had a clean record. So yeah the ****** screwed me. Told me he didnt know the Judge was going to do that. I never let that happen again. The second time i got in trouble was a violation so no attorney was needed and i blame nobody but myself and did my time and didn't b.itch about it. So I went top Prison twice. Got out over 36yrs ago and never looked back.
My last Attorney helped me with a Marijuana growing charge in Dallas Texas and got me fking probation which i was released from early for being a good boy. That dude was bad to the bone and was worth every dime and actually became a friend that helped some of my Club Brothers.
Im sure there are some good Attorneys that do exactly what you have done for free, but i have seen good ppl screwed by free Attorneys. Of course, nothing is fking free except the time you get if you don't pay for a good Attorney that gives a **** about your case and his wallet.
Sorry I didn't mean to paint such a wide stroke with my brush on Court Appointed Attorneys. I'm only going by my experience with them and what I've seen.
I would say next time ill call you,,,,, but hopefully, there will never be a next time. ๐Ÿ˜ By the way do you have a payment plan, asking for a friend ;)

No,,how much does he cost? ๐Ÿ˜

Yall better not give my Brother Bubba any **** about being an Attorney. He done sent me money to send my boys to your house:angiesfavorite: and said he will get them off with no bail if they get caught. ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚

I avoid animal movies to this day....they all end just like that. I am one of those people who can't stand to see an animal die....real life or a movie. I feel the same about fish. PUTEMBK....
I still will watch the movie , yes they all do just that
My wife yells at me when the animal dies at the end and says I told you it would end badly.

Our current politicians are basically the scum of the earth. The attorney jokes are funny until you need a really good one. The one representing my daughter is worth 10 times her weight in gold SO FAR !!! - I actually trust our current car salesman and the dealership we use. (But then again - I'm a Ford Guy) Last but not least - BEWARE of the guy with the muddy Florsheim's .

Car Dealership eh?

Meet Carty, Retired service manager due to bad car accident.

I started out as a parts truck delivery driver at a Mercedes, VW, Acura dealership.. 6mos later I was working the parts counter. Service writer quit few months later, walked up to service manager and said, I want that job. Ok, train ya for 2wks see how ya do. At noon the next day he cut me loose on my own.. 6mos later we went from hand written repair orders to computer. Service Manager couldn't hack it and also got caught stealing from my labor hours to give to his girlfriend, other service writer. Guess who got his job.
Service Manager at Mercedes dealership at 26.. not bad.
Moved back to Vegas few years later, Service Manager at private repair facility in Boulder City for 8yrs..
Auto Accident..
Service Manager, Parts Manager in the end of SeaRay of Las Vegas, like a car dealership but for boats.. much
more fun. seems people have no issues putting $$ into toys, but let their Mercedes break down and holy crap.

Last week our Buick smelled of raw fuel.. turned out hoses to fuel pump leaking and part of pump.. so had them replace it.
The Service Writer knew nothing, NOTHING about cars but a female with only the ability to read off a screen the
comments the mechanic wrote in.. they didn't even check the air in the tires, something I made mandantory on every vehicle came in our shop. All fluids, battery, tires, spot check brake pads... it's part of upselling to. not so much as even noticing the air tire pressure monitoring system was lit up.. left front tire was low.

wt heck. no pride in their job, no QC work... I miss working for a living... disabled for 20yrs now.

I was a service manager many moons ago. Hated that fking job. Felt like all I was doing was screwing ppl. Glad I had a good mechanic at a small shop.
