I love sweet potaote pie soo i found a recipe on the net. It was rather simple mix 1/2 cup butter with 1 # of sweet potatoes add in 2 eggs and nutmeg, vanilla pour into ready made crust and bake at 350* for 45 min or until golden brown. ( please check recipe on-line as im sure i might be missing something ...:0)
