useing mix soil (boutgh it at local hydroshop)
and fluorescent lamp that is 45 vat/2900 lumens
and about water is tap water with 1 drop lemon juice to make it 6.3ph
plus alg-a-mic is a vitamins for plant (organic vitality stimulant)

You will need better light for one thing. What kind of mix soil?

this one
hXX://www.tuff-substrates.com/htmls/article_list.aspx?C2053=12564
tuff merom galon mixtures series
why better light? it make lumens so its all good
ill add more 2 of this (45 vat/2900 lumens) when it will get bigger

If that was my plant I would fill the pot up with soil and get it under and closer to the light to stop further stretching and I would get a fan blowing on it. Water till wet, then let dry, it looks like it may have too much water.
After looking at your pic's again, i would put it in a different pot and bury the stem almost to the leaves. Roots will happen along the long stretched stem.

Unfortunately, that is not true. It makes a great deal of difference where those lumens come from, what the spectrum is, and how many there are. It is going to take more than several fluoro lights to grow a plant. If growing was as easy as throwing a few fluorescent lights over a bag seed, everyone would be doing it. You have a long ways to go (plants take about 4 months all told) so you might want to do some reading about what it takes to get a plant to maturity. It does get tougher and take more as it gets older. For instance, lighting needs are figured by lumens per sq ft. The color spectrum depends on whether you are vegging or flowering. You also need some kind of reflective enclosure around your plant to make the most of your light, which is only good for about 1 sq ft (three of these bulbs will be good for a space about 16" x 16" when flowering). You need air exchange. This means you must exhaust out old CO2 depleted air and bring fresh air into the space. You also need an oscillating fan to move the air around and strengthen the stem of the plant.

Your medium seems to be some kind of soilless mixture. I think you need to look at some real nutrients--something formulated for mj like General Hydroponics Flora series and Fox Farm are 2 popular brands that are easy to use. IMO, a pH if 6.3 is too low (how are you testing it?) and lemon juice is really not a good product to use to pH liquid. Food stuffs breakdown very fast.

I also recommend getting into a larger pot with the plant buried to its first set of leaves.
