Butter

I have always cooked brownies with butter. I have read pros and cons on both receipts usingg water and alcohol extraction. Now I thought I would go to ask here? Is there a difference between water or alcohol extraction making butter. Thanks.

i've never heard of using water. since thc isn't released in water i don't think it would work very well. i just heat the mj i plan to use in butter for a while on very low temps then strain out the green mash out all the good stuff and use the butter to make brownies.
