I am seeing 3 small, much smaller than a thrip, rounded orange shiny blobs on a couple of my 14 week old girls outside. Only bugs an occasional thrip, that is safer soaped away and an occasional grasshopper. Anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped.

:confused2: I havent a clue either. Good luck.....want to watch this thread...
Nice to see you Colorado, is this orange stuff eating anything off your girls? I got grasshopper killing duty lately, otherwise bugs are not a problem round here.

Not eatting TC. Just sitting there, don't think it's a pest, looks more organic. Have a lot of hummingbirds, could be their poop. Who knows.....I'll just keep watching.

Your plants look beautiful in your post, before the water problems. Hope they're coming back for you. Hasn't this been the wierdest year? Still have 3 plants in preflower (About 3 weeks now). Sure hoping we'll have a nice long fall and they can all finish before the cold. I am spreading the Green Mojo you sent on them as we speak. Many thanks

Hello CL.:) .

do you have a hand held microscope? if so, then get up close, and personal with the buggers.;) .

i had black spots all over my plants one evening. freaked me out. they were everywhere. turned out to be horsefly poop. . gave 'em a spray with the garden hose, and to the soil it all went. must have been good for 'em too, 'cause they all turned the darkest green within the next few days'. hmm.

good luck on naming the orange stuff.:) . could be beneficial...

Thats what i was gonna say. its bee poop

Bee poop.......YEAH As long as it didn't have legs I'm happy. And I do have a lot of bees, the ladies are in my flower and vegie garden.
Thanks for taking the time to answer.
