black bugs eating some bud

i have a nice mj tree growing notice that one of my buds were looking a little different. so i took a closer look and found about 10 little black flying bugs. what can i do to get rid of these bugs. thanks for the help

you need a pestacide preferably organic , something that reads safe for fruits and vegetables since you are in bloom , you can get these at any major store or garden center , thers usually a couple of diffrent types ..:hubba: hope this helps....

Im thinking there japaneese beatles i used a teaspoon of dawn and a pint of water anong with a tablespoon of franks hotsause it killed them dead.
