best way to hook up ballast and socket

alright guys i got my new reflector today and i need to start looking for a mogul socket with bracket now ok i know how to wire ballasts up and everything but what im looking for is like the one i show you in the picture below how would i rig it to where i wouldnt have to cut any chords to show th e wires and twist em together the last picture is what im trying to look at doing just being able to plug that socket/bracket straight into the ballast no slashing the chords thanks guys :fid:

what wattage is the ballast? I prolly can find ya a socket, just wanna make sure its rated at what you need before i find a link.,

150 watter -250 watters hps
