best growing medium

Hello Heads
Please forgive my ignorance if I've picked the wrong place to introduce my self. I am not only new to this site, but new to the whole experience of posting on the net even though I've been using the net for research for over 15 years now.
I do have alot of concerns regarding the types of growing mediums that I should be starting with. Of course soil would be my first concern.
Any and all help would be appreciated.

I am a medical marijuana user, Michigan just started allowing us pot heads to
grow our own (12) plants max and 2 and one half oz. at a time.
Been researching this to death. I'm not an expert by a long shot but if you've a question regarding this subject in michigan, please feel free to send me an email. [email protected].

Are you for real?, dont listen to that fool, research the soil in organics section, this will give you a good idea of what the range is of good growing mediums, youll learn the soil that best fits your growing style with time and thats all thier is to it (NO MG).
