Does anyone know of a telemarketing job that actually pays? I've heard of too many places that take your services and run. I'm tryin to get my girlfriend a job for now. Thanks,
Louis.

Remember military drug test, so you might want to stay clean for awhile.

Oh I know. I'm not lookin forward to it, but I'll probably stay clean throughout my term. Got a baby comin next month, so it shouldn't be too hard. (I won't have time to smoke, let alone grow)

heard on the News, you can get a $20,000 bonus if you opt for
quick deployment.

might as well, you'll end up going to Iraq anyways..

damn bro, that sux. i feel for you though. at least you know you gotta man up and handle your responsibility. i got a 1 year old of my own and i was unemployed while she was pregnant so i definitley feel ya.

the only thing is, going to iraq and not coming back kinda defeats the purpose. definitley a risk you'll be taking.

as long as your willing to work hard you CAN make good money, even w/ a criminal history or poor employment record.

try out directv or some kind of dish installation, hard work but pays good.
also u.p.s., you'll start low but if your good you can move up quick.

any kind of shipping and recieving position. warehouse work usually offers overtime.

these are a few places where you'll have the advantage over someone who might not speak english so well.

good luck my man, whatever you end up doing bro, do your best and keep your kid in mind, its the best motivation to do more than you ever thought you could.

do yourself a cv and lie i do all the time had about 300 jobs in my life thats no shittin ya dude just make cv out that you are best candidate for job your applying for at the time.

very rare an employer follows up with job references unless its high security postion like airport etc etc.

Thanks everyone, am talkin to friends about being job references now. I already worked at UPS for like, Nine months, as a pick off, but I had to quit because of transportation problems. (Had to ride a bike 11 miles a day, then my bike got stolen.) So that's what is mostly stopping me. Poor job history, so I can't gt a close job, and no car, so that ain't makin life easy.
