Hey guys!

I am new here, so let me start of by properly greeting you awesome, intelligent members of this forum!:D

Now that is out of the way.

I have started growing marijuana some weeks ago, and it has become a hobby for me. I am only growing one plant, and it has sort of become a child for me (i call her Crystal )

But as this is the first time for me, i realise that you have tons more experience than me, and maybe you could point out a few things i could do better.

my "Growing room" is in a corner, and i have metal reflecting my lights.
i use two 36w florescent bulps(1xwhite, 1x"yellow") + one 20w table lamp.

as fertilizer i use standard potting fertiliser "Substral". it has 6% nitrogen and 1.3% phosphor.

i water one time a day, every time with fertilizer.

it is in flowering stage, and has 13h light 11h dark

I think those are the important details.

I appreciate good advice!:)

Ok, First thing, learn from your mistakes. Everyone makes them, its how you avoid them again in the future to become a better grower. Second, read and learn. Lots of great stuff out here. Learn some basics, go over other peoples completed grow histories (journals), read articles, anything. I'm sure in three months of casual research you will improve phenominaly. So in short Research, Ask, Learn... Good Luck :watchplant:

Thank you Kubefuism!

I think i have made alot of mistakes, and i have corrected those i am aware of. But thanks for the advice. i have read tons of articles on the web, but nothing beats real experience :p

you need better lights, reflective material and nutes.unless you correct this you will be disappointed with the results of your labors.read some on this site and you will understand what you are doing wrong.too much water and too much nutes and they are the wrong nutes for plants

:yeahthat: Way too much water and nutes. I water every 3-4 days. Just put your finger in the soil and if it feels damp the don't water. You do need better lights. It seems as though you need to save space, so look into CFL's. (Look at my signature for my grow - CFLs under my bed) How big is your pot? What kind of potting soil are you using? Where did you get the seeds? Try and post some pictures up to bud. And of course welcome to our friendly corner of the world.:D And here is some MOJO for ya.

Get rid of the aluminum foil. It's already painted white.

Still need more light.

I don't understand. I thougt it was a good thing for the light to be reflected?
Have i misunderstood something?

Yes, it is good to have the light reflected, but foil is not a good reflector of light. Flat white paint is far better than foil. You are going to have to make sure that the fridge is absolutely light tight during flowering.

Let's see if I still have those Stickies bookmarked...

foil doesn't reflect light properly and evenly, and can cause hot spots on the plant. The sides of the fridge should be white and reflect light better, or if you can get it to stick flat white paint, or mylar.

You need more light, what you have is not going to kick out enough to keep your plant happy and give you a reasnoble crop. You also need to look at ventilation, you need air movement inside (a small desk fan would work), and you will also need a extrator fan of some sort to circulate new air into and out of your grow area. A passive system would work ok, one fan sucking air out the top of the box, and a hole closer to the bottom to allow air in. For flowering you will need 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark, and you must make sure that your cabinet is light proof so no light can get in when you are on the dark cycle.

Get some decent plant food, its well worth the investent. You need to make sure that you grow area is sorted before attempting the next grow. You will find the end result is well worth the effort.

Good luck and some green mojo for your little lady!
