Here's to hoping that all's well with you all. Wow! it feels good to finally be part of this forum.

Dude been a passionate smoker for the past 5 - 6 years and i'm thinking now, it's time that i grow my own supply. Been buying from peoples that do not care for their plants, can't grow (not that i've grown before, but i'm certain i can do better that most of what i've bought and smoked) and generally don't give a fukc about the next man who invests they money for a good smoke. i'm tired of that.

Been doing my own research and have decided that i think i can do this and i will.

Quick question to any who feels like answering though. Where is it best for me to get my seeds at; "Maruana-seeds" seedbank or any other place? Do you know if there are any authorised seed-sellers in South Africa - Johannesburg region? I am trying to avoid having to buy overseas and having my post-mail checked into. Kindly advise.

Another thing, when growing indoors, one can start growing anytime, correct? I don't have to wait for the last frost and all, right?

Somebody let me know something.

I can tell i'm gonna enjoy being part of this commune.

I love the pictures that are on the site. I can't wait for my plants to grow that big.

Hey there farmer welcome. I don't know of any seedbanks in south africa. Yes you can start indoors anytime. Its been a long time since i was in south africa. I was at the Vincent rally there one year. Rode all over your country. Lots to see. If you do a search, there are recommendations on seedbanks to use. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help. I'll check out what seedbanks there are and get to buying. Quite nervous though - not really sure how safe it is and how much of my dealings can be traced back to me. Ganjah is serious time behind bars in our neck of the woods. And them suckers will turn around and sell your products for 200% profit whilst you worry about not dropping the soap. Imagine that ****.

Please hook me up with any other hints, helpful tips and guides, wherever and whenever you can. I am planning to grow indoor and i want to go Hydro. For me, my first plants will have to be the best. I am not willing to compromise on that. i guess that is why i need to know as much as i can about both indoor & Hydro to minimize any **** ups.

welcome dude im also new and share the same ideas pretty much, ive gone for hydro aswell flood an drain for flowering and drip system for vegging let me know how u set it up im keen to get other first timers ideas also if your a bit unsure as to your method as i was then theres a dvd called growing marijuana with mr green and his set up is pretty darn cheap and looks to work very well i could arrange copies on rapidshare if u let me know.
