An idea for this site?

This is just a thought that I feel could improve this site alittle bit.

I think there should also be a tool bar (User CP, Members List, Gallery.....ect) at the bottom of the screen becouse after you post you are at the bottom of the screen. this would eliminate having to scroll all the way back up to the top after every post.

I don't know I was just thinking? What do you think?

I think it is a coding issue with the software these forums use. But the admins would know more about this me.
