A few questions for a new grow room. 10'X10'X9'

Hey there everybody! I just set up an account after visiting for a couple weeks. Everybody here seems like pretty cool people. I have a few questions about a new Grow Room I am setting up. The room is 10'X10'X9', it has a window and a closet in it. The closet has double sliding doors. I plan on keeping 1-2 mothers and clones in the closet. What would be the best way to cover the window to where you could not see or hear inside, but still have an inline fan pulling air through it. Next, what is the best way to keep the closet well ventilated and cool, but light proof from the rest of the room which will be constantly flowering. Any advice and opinions are much appreciated.
