its all legit..shipping is standard about 1 week. the products are high quality as well. this is my entire set up. the jr dual bar light flouro and a 600 watt hps.

Try bulbs.com for CFL's. I use them all the time and they stand behind their product. I had one come in broke and the refunded my card fast. They have great customer service as well.
