1-2 Plant Closet Grow! plz help <3

Hey guys,

I have a 28 inch by 14 inch by 5 feet high space i can grow in.

Its has aluminum foil for reflection.

Due to the constraints of my growing area (its made of plywood) should i grow 1 or 2 plants?

Also due to the constaints i have, could i do an all fluro? I dont know if i could ventilate well enough for HPS.

If its possible to do all fluro, what would i need? Right now i have a 15watt 18 inch fluuroescent light once used for my reptile. I know i need more lighting but what should i get? My friend told me the stalk cannot grow enough and the plant will die without HPS lighting. Is this true?

How often should i water from seed to harvesting? I couldnt find any concrete links on how to water.

I plan on growing in either 1 or 2 5-gallon buckets.

My biggest problem seems to be lighting, becuase since its a plywood box its gonna get very hot very quickly and i cant provide ventilation for that. I can only provide ventilation for the heat of fluroesecents

I would go buy CFL's if anything (compact floros)

water about every 2 days with floros, and if u have a fan going.

Dont use the Foil man!! guy a mylar space blanket, or just norm. mylar....like 3 bucks for a blanket at walmart.

I would say 2 plants is ok.

I personally water with distilled water......every 2nd day.

btw CFLs dont put out much heat, just learn about lumens and try to reach your goal ammount of lumens.

Or go to homedepot and buy the 70w hps...and then add in some CFLs.
For 2 plants, a 70w+CFLs should work good.
and the 70w doesnt put out much heat either.

Yeah they do, one of the best things I have ever stumbled upon while searching on google.

Does anyone know how much heat a 150 watt HPS light gives off on hand? I have a 4ft by 15 inch by 2 foot area i need to light for 2 plants.
