You can get small oil filled radiators. I also use a slightly larger one but I set it right in front of the intake vent on the side of the tent so the air is warmed by the radiator grills as it goes in. It's not as efficient as inside the tent, but it saves space and keeps the lights off temps...

I just topped a bunch of different auto strains at the 4th node and they are all doing fine and well into flower now. It didn't seem to slow them down at all and it's a much easier way to get a flatter canopy than having to keep tying stems down for LST.

I think you need air circulation.
