Anyone have a chance to use the HLG quantum board LED? I want to buy one to do a comparison with Mars SP250 in another tent. Very curious which one is better.

Don't trust the reviews there. A lot of fake ones. 600W for 60USD. That is incredible. You deserve what you pay for.

If you care more about the lifespan of light, i think you should choose the quantum board LED grow light. You can use it for it for 18 hours a day for one week. The manufacturers say it can work 50000 hours. I was using the Mars SP250 quantum board LED. Maybe you can have a look.

Three SP250 can cover 5x5 tent well. I also found that there is no one light that can cover 5x5 and offer enough power in market. Must use a few panels.

12 plants might be very crowded. Maybe leave them more space, then they can be bigger and more mature. Or you could do some defoliation work for the bottom leaves.

Right now, i am using the quantum board LED. It is Mars SP250. So far so good. It is worthy of the price. I just cared about the heat a little.

Is it real 1200W? if so, that is so powerful. man. I think it will kill my babies. lol.

Right now. a lot of people talked about quantum board LED grow light. There are a lot of choices in market like HLG, Fluence. If your budget is limited, i suggest you to check the Mars SP250. Because i have used it for a while and think it worthy of the price.

So far so good for the SP250. My only concern is the heat. It is a little overheated in 2x4 grow tent. I asked Mars team, they told me the driver can be moved out of tent with an extra cord. But i need to pay for that. To be honest, i am not happy about that. :( Finally, they sent me one free...

Today, i got this light and hang it up. It looks amazing. :p. For the price, it is really a nice choice.
