imo i would think that if dea of leo or anyone was gonna coem raid you or anyone taht a= for as common as scanners are that they wouldnt take chance and would more than likely scramble all communication and/or communicate on a secured channel which you nor your scanner can pick up even if you...

just think how much people worry bout the power consumption and how it'll affect their electric bills but yet we all run something or another or many in our homes we woulda never thunk taht consume 2-3 times taht of an average HID grow light. i too was oblivious to this whole realization...
