I an no expert but it sorta looks like some kind of scale. They like to hang out on the stems. See if you can spray those off. There are products to remove them if they are a scale or barnacle like insects. Google scale removal or something like that. I wish you all the best with your grow.

I don't grow Autos but I think they are ready in about 10 weeks. The yellow leaves may be a normal occurrence with some strains at harvest time. Seed to harvest in about 70 days is about 10 weeks. Normal for an auto. They look good and may be ready to cut.
