Hi all! Is there anything wrong with using leftover potting soil from previous marijuana plants? What do you do? Do you break it up? This is something I've wondered about.

I heard that you can tell whether you've got good weed or not just by looking at the color of the ash. Anyone else ever heard of that?

At Hemp, I think it's Sativa strain.

Pretty much. They came from bag seeds I'd been collecting from my previous dealer and I never asked him what the strain was, so yeah, I just made up a strain name. Don't know about the genetics.

I've had to cat proof everything to keep them from my plants. I remember the first time Girlie ate my biggest veg plant. I turned my back for just a few minutes and bam! It was gone. I mean it was small and everything. Anyway, she left me a nub :eek: UGH!!!!!

I've noticed that since my cat started eating the leaves she doesn't throw up her food anymore ;)

Cosmo is my cat and I was so happy when I started seeing flowers that I just nicknamed it "Cosmo Kush"

My theory is that a cat or dog recognizes it as a wild medicinal herb that he/she instinctively knows they could benefit them, health wise. And hell, if they get high on it too, then I say "great!!!"

BTW Hemp, thank you for pointing out the leaves I left on. Makes common sense to cut them off before drying. I don't know what I was thinking when I left them on :(

Thanks Hemp! I could & should have waited just a little longer to cut her down. The trichs were very very frosty looking to the eye. I need to buy a magnifying glass and I will, as soon as I get myself outta this financial mess. I really have to pinch pennies these days. It's lame not being...

I posted a few pics on the "Indoors Marijuana Cultivation". Look under "I made it". The hanging bud is only the very top 1/4" of her. So no laughing......lol

I became hooked when I saw my first seedling. Lots of love and care go into them. They're like raising plant children. ;)

LMAO! I've noticed that since she started eating them it's improved her digestive system. She doesn't throw up like she use to. A natural cure for hairballs. Maybe in her kitty mind, she knows it's natural and that it will take care of her vomiting. :)

My cat loves to eat marijuana leaves. Does anyone else have a cat or dog that does this? I have a theory of my own.
