Has anyone had good experience with this stuff? How and when do you use it? Do you use it in combination with other fertilizers, and if so, what kind of combinations? I've got a week old seedling right now and any answers to these questions or any general feeding tips would be appreciated...

right now i've got a couple of seedlings not even a week old. i'm wondering if it's a bad idea to move them outdoors during day and indoors under a lamp at night. should i go ahead and try to get them all this light or is all the movement too much stress on the plants? thanks
