Feeding every watering may be overfeeding them imo. There should be sufficient nutrients in the grow medium the way you are feeding. Plants will only take what they need - the rest goes to waste. Consider giving them a break from the nutes for a few days while you adjust the PH. Overwatering...

Those spots on the leaves indicate a lack of calcium to me. That's an easy fix
