    IMO it is best to water when the lights come on because that is the only time they are really going to uptake nutes... at night or lights off, the plants rely on the energy they generated during the day, but they do not create any new energy because they need light for that, so they really do...

    There are no amber trichomes on your plant yet, you are confusing pistils (hairs) with trichs, I see some of the pistils starting to turn colour, but from the ones i can see the trichs were clear as they should be at week 5 Also look at your 4th picture from the top... See all of those yellow...
