Just jar them up early. When the outer bud feels dry but the inside has moisture, if too soon and buds feel damp when opening the jar after a several hours just take them out spread them out till dry on outside and repeat. Use the jar to control the drying process. It's how I do it

Watts dont mean much with LED lighting. Fixtures are measured by PPFD,Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density. You will need to know PPFD per watt of the fixture your looking at, I use 2.8 PPFD per watt fixtures. General rules used to be 50 watts per sq/ft or 5000 lumens per sq/ft
