As long as you receive sunlight, you are golden. There are optimal times and recommendations, but I just believe that at some point every day, one should bask one's face in the sun. For myself, I require hours of full body in the sun almost every day to heal my body and mind.

Wow, @SubmarineGirl , are you into sunlight? I have been a sun lover all my life. Now I know there is much science to it, and it has been so vilified.

I do employ your methods in my own way, @Tattered Old Graywolf . Meditation for me includes prayer and lots of time subathing with stretching in the nude. I know and understand the many benefits of exposing the full body to sunlight as often as possible.

I have experienced this without the use of psychedelics, but then I am a vivid dreamer, make that a wild dreamer in full technicolor, under no drug enhancement. It is both a curse and a blessing!
