To me ya have that net a bit to high. Had it been lower you could have flipped these quicker. The height of the screen can cut some time and make the canopy more manageable. The growth stripping would have been a lot less as well. The majority of that growth would have filled the screen...

Good idea. I do that often with branches I'm trying to guide. Big or small they all bend with a little crushing and patience. I train under the screen for roughly 10days and then let them go. I just did that with my Cap Junky and I'm seeing some nice results. Longer stalks of buds and deeper...
